Good Afternoon All
I have received Round 2 documents (attached) from the coordinators of the safe mooring correspondence group for comments.
You can see all comments from all participants including Australia's on the TOR 2 and TOR 3 documents. The document "Coordinators remarks Round 2 May 15.docx" summarises coordinator's comments and provides, in the annexes, updated (from Round 1) drafts for further comments. All comments by all participating members have been considered/consolidated in these updated drafts. You may track change your comments in each Annex or just send me comments referring to any section of those annexes (whatever you find convenient for you) and send back to me. I will consolidate all comments on the Answer sheet on behalf of Australia as required by the coordinators.
Your comments must reach me by 31 May 2017.

Subject: Correspondence Group on Safe Mooring Operations
Dear participants to the Correspondence Group on Safe Mooring Operations,
We, the coordinators, will now start the second round of the CG.
Please consider the coordinators' remarks (Coordinators remarks Round 2 MAY
15.docx) together with the documents "Coordinators remarks on comments in the first round - TOR 2.docx" and "Coordinators remarks on comments in the first round - TOR 3.docx" and make comments on the coordinators' remarks by
12:00 in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on 6th of June (Tuesday).
When you make comments, it is very much appreciated to use the answer sheet (Answer Sheet Round 2.docx).
Please make sure to send the comments, at least to Dr. Susumu Ota (), Mr. Steen Nielsen () and the assistant co-ordinator, Ms. Reiko Kikuchi (). We would be grateful if you would send the comments to all the participants.
